Stephen Chan is the quintessential international business professional and venture capitalist.  In 1998 he was the founder and Chief Technology Officer of RMF solutions, a leading Logistics and Supply Chain Software firm.  After a successful acquisition, in 1999 he was asked to join Walther’s, one of the industry’s largest model train manufacturer and distributor in the world to become their Vice President of Information Technology. In 2015 he started his Venture Capital firm and today he is an investor in Real Estate in Canada and the UK, Telecommunication technology and plant-based food innovation companies.   Stephen realized that PEOPLE are the biggest reasons companies either succeed or fail and is why he is passionate about helping companies reach their potential by having top performers in every mission critical position.
